Helping women thrive in their ministry callings
Synergy exists as a space where women in full-time ministry connect in a sisterhood that understands their unique challenges. We aim to see women thrive and persevere in ministry by creating environments where they can grow. While championing and praying for one another, we spur one another on to serve our local churches, communities, and world with excellence. As an intentionally multi-generational and diverse space, we are a Gospel-centered ministry for female Christian leaders to find mentorship, accountability, and support.
A group approach
Everything we do involves groups of Christian women! Modeled after Jesus and the 12 disciples, we aim to connect women in a network where they benefit from one another's unique experiences and perspectives while centering on the Gospel. Our ministry expressions include an annual Leadership Cohort, quarterly Synergy Socials, and retreats held throughout the year.
